The Bombay Bicycle Club, or rarely the B.B.C., is a restaurant chain that has multiple restaurants in many locations across the United States, including California.〔 It originated as an Indian restaurant chain. It was founded in 1898, by a group of British colonial officers whose duty was to police the streets of Bombay on bicycles. The band ''Bombay Bicycle Club'' is named after this restaurant chain. The Bombay Bicycle Club was the inspiration for the investment club known as the ''Billionaire Boys Club'', whose founder, Joe Hunt, liked to hang out at the restaurant in Chicago in his youth.〔''Dominick Dunne's Power, Privilege, and Justice'' – Episode:"Billionaire Boys Club"〕 Hunt ran the operations of his investment club as a Ponzi scheme to support his and his friends' lavish lifestyles, and would later commit several murders when funds ran short to keep the charade going.〔 Some chains of this restaurant also serve as bars.〔 ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Bombay Bicycle Club (restaurant chain)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
